Cinnamon Twist

1 Tbsp. sugar

1 tsp. salt

2 Tbsp yeast

3-3 1/2 Cup flour

1 cube butter, softened

1 1/4 Cup warm water

3 oz pkg egg custard pudding mix



Let yeast set in warm water and sugar for a few minutes. Add other ingredients and knead 12 times or until dough is no longer sticky. divide dough in to 3 equal parts.



Roll 3 layers.



Put sugar, cinnamon, nuts or raisins on each layer. Put layers on pizza pan. Set a glass in the middle. Starting at the glass, cut 16 slits- from glass through to the edge, twist.



Remove glass

Let rise 30 minutes.



Bake at 400* F 12-15 minutes. Glaze

Powdered sugar 1/2 cube butter

Enough milk to make runny



Pour over twist while still hot.
